Crocheted Cotton Water Bottle Carrier

Materials -

Lincraft Makr 8 ply cotton

4 mm crochet hook

Pattern-

Round 1: Into a magic ring (1 dc, 1ch) 8 times

Round 2: (1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch) into every ch 1 space

Round 3: (1 sc, 6 ch) into ch space between separate dcs. Refer to video tutorial for joining rounds

(Make 10 ch 6 rounds and 1 ch 5 round)

For top: 5 scs in each ch 5 loop

Make another round of scs

Refer to video for making strap and connecting.

Strap is 120 cm

Shell Pattern Crocheted Water Bottle Carrier

Yarn: 8 ply cotton
Hook: 4mm

*Join each round with a slip stitch

Make a magic ring, 1 ch
1. 6 sc in ring
2. 2 sc in each sc (12)
3. 1 dc 1 ch in each sc (first dc = 3 ch)
4. sc in every dc and ch space (24)
5. (sc, 2 sc in next st, sc, sc) 6 times (30)
6. (2 sc in next st, sc, sc, sc, sc) 6 times (36)
7. in back loop only sc in every st (36)
8. sc in both loops (36)
9. (dc, 2 ch, dc) in first st, 3 ch skip 3 st, (dc, 2 ch, dc), 3 ch skip 4 st - repeat from beginning 7 times (first dc = 3 ch) (40)
10. 5 tr in every 2 ch space - repeat 7 times
11. sl st to centre tr, (dc, 2 ch, dc) in centre tr, 3 ch - repeat from beginning 7 times (first dc = 3 ch)
Repeat rounds 10 & 11 until you have 4 repeats of the shell pattern
17. sc in every st, sl st to join

Strap -

1. sl st in next st
2. dc, 2 dc in next st, dc (first dc = 3 ch)
3. turn, 3 ch, 2 dc between 2 dc from previous row, dc into 3 ch loop
Repeat row 3 until desired length, I made 90 rows.
Fasten off and sew to other side with a wool needle.
